LanshanHike UK Tracking: What Each Update Means

Tracking Your UK Order: What Each Update Means
6 octobre 2026

You open your tracking page and see “Parcel Information Received”. Later, the page mentions an export airport, customs or a UK sorting hub. What should you look for next?

We reviewed five LanshanHike orders delivered to England in August and September 2026. Their records show a useful sequence of checkpoints, from the first information entry to final delivery. Understanding that sequence makes it easier to follow your own order.

Start by checking which stage the parcel has reached

The wording below comes from the supplied tracking records. Carrier wording can vary, so use these examples as a guide to the stages rather than expecting every parcel to show identical messages.

Tracking update How to read it in these examples
Parcel Information Received Shipment details have entered the tracking system. This entry alone does not confirm physical dispatch.
Shipment Processed / Departure Scan Early processing and departure events were recorded before the export-airport stages. These messages alone do not establish an international flight's departure time.
Arrived Export Airport The record has reached the export-airport stage.
Released From Export Customs Export clearance is recorded. This is separate from import clearance in the UK.
Shipment Departed From Original Country The record reports departure from the origin country.
Arrived at Import Airport In these records, this was the UK airport-arrival milestone.
Released From Import Customs The record reports completion of the import-clearance stage.
Arrived At The Delivery Company A UK delivery-company handover is recorded.
At national hub / Sort – loaded to trailer UK hub and sorting stages are recorded before local-depot arrival.
Arrived at depot The record has reached a local-depot stage.
Out for delivery / Driver enroute Final delivery activity is recorded; check your parcel's delivery instructions.
Delivered Read the accompanying note to see the recorded handover outcome.

Does “information received” mean the parcel has shipped?

It is an early information checkpoint, so look for subsequent carrier events before treating it as evidence of movement. 17TRACK's terminology guide explains the distinction between shipment information being received and the carrier receiving a parcel.

All five records progressed beyond the information entry to processing, export and delivery. The supplied logs do not identify the exact moment the seller physically handed over each parcel, so we have not labelled the first information entry as its dispatch time.

What if there is a gap between updates?

The five records did not show a continuous stream of updates. Some consecutive checkpoints appeared on different dates, including stages within the UK delivery network.

A quiet period on the page does not, by itself, tell you why there is no new event. Tracking shows recorded checkpoints rather than a continuous location feed. The 17TRACK terminology guide also describes possible gaps during international transport.

Read the latest event together with the preceding ones. “Released From Import Customs” followed by UK hub sorting, for example, describes a different stage from a record that still only shows shipment information received.

What should you check if you need help?

  1. Check that you are using the tracking details for the correct order.
  2. Open the carrier's own tracking page when a carrier is identified.
  3. Compare your order's progress with the current shipping estimate.
  4. If the expected timeframe has passed, an exception appears, or an unchanged status concerns you, email service@lanshanhike.com with your order reference and latest tracking event privately.

You do not need to post your address or tracking number in a public comment to ask for assistance.

The useful pattern in these five completed cases is the progression through clear stages. Follow the latest checkpoint and the updates that come after it; that gives you a practical way to understand where your parcel is in its recorded journey.
