Note: Because the fabric is double-sided silicone coated, it is impossible to use machine seam sealing for this outer fabric, because too slippery and the machine cannot seam seal the fabric. So it can only be glued. But TFSTENTS expansion uses thread, which will expand when water seeps in, thus achieving waterproof effect.

Unless there is a heavy rainstorm that lasts for a long time, there may be a little leakage.

NOTE: This product is a double-sided silicone-coated fabric. Upon receipt, please apply waterproof glue along the stitching lines from the inner side of the rainfly. Apply thinly on a sunny day and let it dry in a cool, ventilated area for 5+ hours.

And, this tent does not include carbon fiber end poles, which must be purchased separately.

1．How Can I Trace My Order?

1. You can follow your order both during processing and after it has left our warehouse.
2. Processing: You can check the status in "My Orders" page in your account.
3. Shipped: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us. In this email, there is the tracking information for your packages as well as the website in which you can trace your order. Tracking information is also available in your Order Details.

2. How Do I Change My Delivery Address?

3. Which shipping method do you provide and what is the estimated delivery date? Where can I check the shipping status of an order? 

When you place an order, we need to ship within 48 hours, fill in the tracking number.

4. Does the price include transportation fees?

When you use the online system to generate a shipping quote for your order, please add the required quantity of items to your shopping cart. Then, click to the checkout page, where you can find delivery prices for different delivery services. (Currently, shipping and import taxes are free for Europe and the United States, except for Norway. Due to relevant laws and regulations, we cannot prepay taxes for shipments to Norway, so Norwegian customers will need to pay approximately £8 in import duties.)

5. How to cancel an order?
If you know that you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. If there is no shipment, we will refund you 100%. Contact customer service or send an email to service@camperlists.com
