Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide from our warehouse in China. All orders are quality-checked before dispatch.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders with seam sealing services may require an additional 3-5 business days.

Shipping Times

• Europe (EU/UK): 10-15 business days
• North America (US/CA): 10-15 business days
• Japan: 7-12 business days
• South Korea: 7-12 business days
• Other regions: 15-25 business days

Shipping Cost
Free shipping on all orders over €100. For orders under €100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Import Taxes & Duties
All product prices include applicable customs import taxes for orders shipped to the EU, UK, and US. No hidden fees at checkout. For other destinations, any import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package at 17track.net or through your order confirmation page.

Changing Your Shipping Address
Please contact us at service@lanshanhike.com as soon as possible if you need to change your delivery address. We cannot change the address once the order has shipped.

Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet shipped, we will issue a full refund.
