Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return
Contact us at service@lanshanhike.com to request a return. If your return is accepted, we'll send you return instructions and the return address.

Non-Returnable Items

• Tents with seam sealing service applied (sealing affects the product for resale)
• Used or damaged items
• Sale items and gift cards

EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 30 business days.
