Orders requiring seam sealing services may be delayed by 3-4 days.

Lanshan 1 Pro and Lanshan 2 Pro  (Only Pro version, the standard Lanshan 1 and Lanshan 2 no need for seam sealing) require an after-production sealant to be applied to essential sewn seams that would be vulnerable to waterproof. This not only creates a waterproof sealing between the pieces of fabric and fills the needle holes, but also adds strength in some extent. This process is required to enhance the shelters waterproof level.

Seam Sealing Service

Seam sealing services may increase processing time. Orders requiring seam sealing services may be delayed by 1-3 weeks, depending on the weather (as this work can only be done outdoors).

The sealant is mainly applied to the exterior of the shelter and although it is translucent after drying, there will definitely be slight visible marks after application of the adhesive.

Seam sealing service is not applicable to tents with PU coating or fully taped, it is not necessary.

Figure 1, the seam sealing standard. Since the sealing is done manually, there will be uneven application and some places may spill due to too much sealant, sorry.

Notice:

The treated tent can greatly enhance the waterproof performance, but it is hard to guarantee that it can achieve the waterproof effect of fully taped tent such as Lanshan 2.

In order to save the weight of the tent, we will not treat the black dots and lines in the figure, because it is an area with no waterproof significance.

Figure 2, We will seal according to the color markings, the blue part will be sealed on both sides, the red and orange will be sealed on the outside only, and the black part will be left untouched.

4. Does the price include transportation fees?

When you use the online system to generate a shipping quote for your order, please add the required quantity of items to your shopping cart. Then, click to the checkout page, where you can find delivery prices for different delivery services. (Currently, shipping and import taxes are free for Europe and the United States, except for Norway. Due to relevant laws and regulations, we cannot prepay taxes for shipments to Norway, so Norwegian customers will need to pay approximately £8 in import duties.)

5. How to cancel an order?
