TFS Watchtower

The watchtower is a classic four-pole tunnel tent structure, with an inner tent that can accommodate three adults to sleep and a living room reserved.
* The reason for the name "Watchtower" is because we designed two windows on the top of the outer tent, so that the air can be better circulation and convection, and the windows can be opened and closed inside;
* For the East Asian environment, we designed four doors for the outer tent. When the door is opened, it can be better ventilated and can be  two sunshades on both sides;
* Although the front and back sections are straight, we have done tests in DAC's wind tunnel laboratory, and the wind resistance performance is not much different from that of traditional tunnel curtains, and well nailed can adapt to the test of 8-9 wind;
* Multiple wind rope hanging points are added around the fixed position of the original wind rope on the front and back section, and more pull points can be added according to environmental changes, so as to achieve better wind protection effect.

NOTE!!This product is a double-sided silicone-coated fabric. Upon receipt, please apply waterproof glue along the stitching lines from the inner side of the rainfly. Apply thinly on a sunny day and let it dry in a cool, ventilated area for 4 hours. (Attached is an image of the glue.)

1．How Can I Trace My Order?

1. You can follow your order both during processing and after it has left our warehouse.
2. Processing: You can check the status in "My Orders" page in your account.
3. Shipped: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us. In this email, there is the tracking information for your packages as well as the website in which you can trace your order. Tracking information is also available in your Order Details.

2. How Do I Change My Delivery Address?

3. Which shipping method do you provide and what is the estimated delivery date? Where can I check the shipping status of an order? 

When you place an order, we need to ship within 48 hours, fill in the tracking number.

4. Does the price include transportation fees?

When you use the online system to generate a shipping quote for your order, please add the required quantity of items to your shopping cart. Then, click to the checkout page, where you can find delivery prices for different delivery services. (Currently, shipping and import taxes are free for Europe and the United States, except for Norway. Due to relevant laws and regulations, we cannot prepay taxes for shipments to Norway, so Norwegian customers will need to pay approximately £8 in import duties.)

5. How to cancel an order?
If you know that you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. If there is no shipment, we will refund you 100%. Contact customer service or send an email to service@camperlists.com
