Description

The Saga tent is a new product designed by TFStents specifically for the European environment. 2025 marked the brand's first year entering the European market, during which we sold nearly 400 tents, primarily to the UK, but also to users in Germany, France, Sweden, Norway, and the Netherlands. This has given us immense confidence. We are also actively working to understand the differentiated needs of the market, gaining particularly valuable insights from enthusiastic users like David, Michael, Alex, and Andrew. Therefore, this year we have launched two new tents, the Saga and the Vista, focusing on spaciousness and wind resistance, further refining our product line.TFStents will not stop exploring,striving to provide ever-better outdoor products. The Saga features a classic X-cross main pole structure supplemented by ridge pole, with several optimizations for stability:

1. Poles: The main poles are made from DAC NSL 10.25mm tubing to enhance wind resistance. The ridge poles use NSL 9.0mm to optimize headroom while balancing wind performance. Wind tunnel tests indicated that overly long ridge pole can affect stability, so we have added internal pockets on both sides. These allow trekking poles to be used in conjunction with the guylines and pegs to form a triangular support, further reinforcing the structure.

2. Flysheet Fabric: Available in two options: 20D and 30D Nylon bothside silicone coated. The 20D version is lighter and durable, while the 30D offers greater robustness. 

3. Inner Tent Specifications: Available in 1.5-person and 2-person versions. The 1.5-person model provides solo sleeping space with a larger vestibule area; the 2-person version comfortably accommodates two taller users.

4. Based on your needs, you can also choose between the following two versions:
Standard Edition:
No zipper on the flysheet (full-size groundsheet sold separately).
Best for: Everyday camping. Adding the full-size groundsheet helps protect your gear from moisture and dirt.
Zippered Edition:
Zipper on the flysheet, includes a full-size zippered groundsheet as standard.
Best for: In strong wind and heavy snow conditions, zip it up for warmth, prevent heat loss, and keep your gear dry; or leave it partially open for ventilation, offering flexible adjustment.

Important Note:
The Standard Edition is not compatible with the zippered full-size groundsheet, and TFStents does not offer a zipper retrofitting service after purchase.

1．How Can I Trace My Order?

  1. You can follow your order both during processing and after it has left our warehouse.
  2. Processing: You can check the status in "My Orders" page in your account.
  3. Shipped: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us. In this email, there is the tracking information for your packages as well as the website in which you can trace your order. Tracking information is also available in your Order Details.

 

2. How Do I Change My Delivery Address?

3. Which shipping method do you provide and what is the estimated delivery date? Where can I check the shipping status of an order? 

When you place an order, we need to ship within 48 hours, fill in the tracking number.

4. Does the price include transportation fees?

When you use the online system to generate a shipping quote for your order, please add the required quantity of items to your shopping cart. Then, click to the checkout page, where you can find delivery prices for different delivery services. (Currently, shipping and import taxes are free for Europe and the United States, except for Norway. Due to relevant laws and regulations, we cannot prepay taxes for shipments to Norway, so Norwegian customers will need to pay approximately £8 in import duties.)

 

5. How to cancel an order?
If you know that you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. If there is no shipment, we will refund you 100%. Contact customer service or send an email to service@camperlists.com
