Floating Cloud 1 is our lightest freestanding tent, full-featured, super easy to pack, set up, and inhabit. Its single-pole architecture creates a simple, yet strong and sturdy structure you can rely on through multi-day trips.

  Floating Cloud 1 is a full-featured, freestanding, ultralight backpacking tent, built for all terrain and all weather.
  Features one door and one vestibule.
  Reduces condensation with low-vent vestibule doors and one high fly vent to maximize active and passive airflow.
  Adapts to any campsite: fully freestanding dome design requires no stakes for pitching.
  The footprint is included in the tent package; no need to buy it separately.
  The inner tent can be replaced with a full-season inner.
  Vestibule zippers are protected with a storm flap.
  Velcro tabs connect the fly to the pole structure, providing a perfect pitch and extra stability; reflective guylines and webbing on tent corners make it easy to see at night.
  It weighs a minimum of just 1150 g (2.53 lbs), making it perfect for ultralight backpacking.

  It’s incredibly portable, packing down to just 19.6"×5.1"×5.1" (50×13×13 cm).

  The waterproof rating of the Floating Cloud is higher than that of similar products. Seam-taped rainfly (15D nylon, silicone/PU 5000mm) and bathtub floor (20D nylon, silicone/PU 6000mm).

  The tent floor uses PU-coated nylon for complete waterproofing, with all seams factory-taped for guaranteed weather resistance.

   The Floating Cloud 1 offers two inner tent configurations to choose from. 

• 3-Season Inner: Made with breathable mesh for superior ventilation in warm conditions.
• 4-Season Inner: Constructed from solid nylon with balanced airflow, designed to block wind—ideal for high-altitude, winter, or exposed campsites.

1．How Can I Trace My Order?

1. You can follow your order both during processing and after it has left our warehouse.
2. Processing: You can check the status in "My Orders" page in your account.
3. Shipped: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us. In this email, there is the tracking information for your packages as well as the website in which you can trace your order. Tracking information is also available in your Order Details.

2. How Do I Change My Delivery Address?

3. Which shipping method do you provide and what is the estimated delivery date? Where can I check the shipping status of an order? 

When you place an order, we need to ship within 48 hours, fill in the tracking number.

4. Does the price include transportation fees?

When you use the online system to generate a shipping quote for your order, please add the required quantity of items to your shopping cart. Then, click to the checkout page, where you can find delivery prices for different delivery services. (Currently, shipping and import taxes are free for Europe and the United States, except for Norway. Due to relevant laws and regulations, we cannot prepay taxes for shipments to Norway, so Norwegian customers will need to pay approximately £8 in import duties.)

5. How to cancel an order?
If you know that you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. If there is no shipment, we will refund you 100%. Contact customer service or send an email to service@camperlists.com
